A Mystery Scoop is a fun, lucky‑dip style experience. Each scoop pulls beads from a bowl, and every bead corresponds to a specific stationery item, beauty accessory, or cute surprise. Every scoop is completely random - no two are ever the same - and each one is hand‑packed to ensure a great mix of goodies.

Each Classic Mystery Scoop includes a minimum of 10 items. Your scoop may include pens/pencils, bracelets, beauty tools, keychains, bookmarks, notebooks, storage bags/cases, erasers, highlighters, and an endless rotation of surprises.

Items vary depending on current stock,
but care is always taken to include a balanced mix and great value.

The short answer is no, the fun is in the mystery. However, if you have a preference for particular colours or colour groups e.g., neutrals or pastels, please feel free to leave a note at checkout.

Similarly, if a particular item you've seen in my videos is not for you e.g., you have short hair so hair claws are not suitable, you hate florals etc, please feel free to leave a note also.

I’ll always do my best to accommodate these requests, though this may not always be possible depending on stock. I am also unable to accommodate a significant number of likes/dislikes, so please consider this when selecting the mystery box product.

The lucky bead is a singular transparent bear bead that is placed in the bead bowl prior to each order being scooped. If this bear is scooped, you will receive an extra full scoop for free.

There is no effort made on my part to avoid scooping this bear, and I pride myself on ensuring I scoop fairly.

At this point in time I have chosen to randomise which orders are edited and posted to social media. As this is a new venture for me, the time it takes to film and edit packing videos is substantial. However, I hope to offer this as a guaranteed add on in future.

Processing time is 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping times vary by location:

• Australia: 2–8 business days
• New Zealand: 5–12 business days
• USA/Canada: 7–21 business days
• UK/Europe: 7–21 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

I currently offer domestic free shipping (within Australia) as per below:

• Spend $200 or more - free standard shipping

Unfortunately I do not currently offer free shipping to other destinations.

Because Mystery Scoops are randomised, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or item preferences. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@scoopsocietyco.com within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve it.

At this point in time, I have made the decision to absorb the 10% import tariff. This means that I pay this when shipping your item, and there should be no additional import fees for you to pay.

As the current tariff situation in the US is an evolving situation, this is something that I will review in line with updated legislation.
